At HEST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original HEST box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
